MIA

Welcome to MIA! The one and only 100% built and developed by WOMEN real estate project in Quebec. This will be a completely owned and operated residential rental units with the sole mission to generate profits as well as generate revenues to its shareholders.

As you see very clearly ; completely owned by men. As a matter of fact over 99% of developers in Canada are men. This is according to the Central Developers and builders Association. You see the problem here? How can women get financially equipped to be independent if they are not even the least bit involved in the process of creating / building the real estate they and their families get to live in?

Here is why GOSS is so connected to this. It is, indeed empowering women at their fundamental level. And I know very well I cannot do this alone. I need your help. By investing in this project, by creating this development we are changing the way women are not only investing in real estate, but get to BE in real estate for all generations to

follow. In this Executive Summary you will find my plan on how we will bring Phase I of MIA to life.

From the preliminary phase, all the way through to the construction phase. We will guide you through the investment stages, the involvements as well as the payouts. From vision to reality.

We look forward to collaborating with you.

MIA Phase I

Welcome to Mia! The first completely female owned and funded residential project. We have decided to create a completely sustainable housing using Quebec made local products. With sustainability at the forefront of everything we do, MIA is unlike any other residential project in Canada.

Why Gatineau, QC?

We decided to launch our first project in Gatineau, because Gatineau really represents the French side of Canada. With its beautiful Forrests, and ever ending National Park, Gatineau is a very special place. It is neighbouring with Ottawa, our capital, and has a unique advantage point given that rents go up close to 33%1 just by crossing the bridge over to Ottawa. Our project will allow people who commute to Ottawa for work, to get more affordable housing, and enjoy this side of Quebec.

The Opportunity

Which is why we come to you, fellow citizens of Quebec. We want this project to be funded by the women of Quebec, the women who are working here and live here and understand just how special this place is.
