• Change or wash pillow cases and towels to clean new ones 

• No sweating (sauna/steam/exercise) for 48 hours 

• Avoid makeup for 48 hours

• Day of treatment: hydrogel only

• Day 2: Wash face with a gentle cleanser, apply hydrogel, moisturizer, SPF.  Use the provided sheet mask for 10-15 minutes before using the hydrogel either morning or night for added moisture. Keep using the hydrogel until you run out.

• Day 3: Pigment inhibitor and Vitamin C can be resumed.

• Day 7: Retinols/AHAs/BHAs/glycolics can be resumed if skin no longer feels sensitive.

• Avoid swimming, soaking or using hot tubs/whirlpools until the skin heals.

• Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear protective clothing/SPF during the healing process and for at least 2 weeks before next treatment

• Day 2: clean the area with a gentle cleanser

• Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor at least 2-3 times a day. If blisters occur, apply a non-stick pad over the tattoo daily to keep it protected. Do not pop the blisters. 

• If experiencing itchiness, take an antihistamine and apply a thin layer of 1% hydrocortisone as needed.

  We will see you in 8-12 weeks for your next session!

• No sweating (sauna/steam/exercise) for 48 hours

• Avoid tight clothing in the area of treatment for at least 24 hours

• Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear SPF/protective clothing 

• Apply aloe vera gel for any irritation or inflammation

• If experiencing itchiness, take an antihistamine and apply a thin layer of 1% hydrocortisone as needed.

We will see you in 4-6 weeks (for face) or 6-8 weeks (for body) for your next laser session!
